Spam or malicious requests

Consequences of Violations

First violation: Warning message with redirection to appropriate resources
Repeated violations: Temporary or permanent account suspension
Severe violations: Immediate account termination

AI Limitations

The AI assistant:

May occasionally provide incorrect information
Does not constitute professional, legal, or medical advice
Responses are generated automatically and do not represent official BlackTrails positions on sensitive topics

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials available on BlackTrails are the property of BlackTrails Srl, unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute materials without explicit authorization.

User-generated content remains the property of the creator but grants BlackTrails a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform.

6. Data Collection and Logging

To maintain platform safety and quality:

AI chat interactions may be logged for security and improvement purposes
Violation attempts are recorded in our security systems
Logs are retained for up to 90 days (see Privacy Policy)

7. Limitation of Liability

BlackTrails is not liable for:

Damages resulting from misuse of the services
Temporary unavailability of the platform
Content shared by third parties or community members
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses

Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

8. Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use BlackTrails services, in compliance with GDPR requirements.

9. Account Termination

BlackTrails reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms repeatedly
Engage in fraudulent or malicious activity
Remain inactive for extended periods (notification will be sent)

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

10. Modifications

BlackTrails reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be announced via email and published on this page with the corresponding date.
Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.
